The River City Stew (formerly The Aardvark Stew) is a five piece band of musicians from West Michigan that performs a variety of styles and has many years of experience playing at clubs, concerts, and festivals.
We craft an entertainment experience for your audience by performing a mix of rock, blues, roots, folk, soul, & funk, covering both upbeat and slower tunes. By request, we can play complete sets of particular styles. Our talented musicians are focused on entertaining your audience, and guaranteed to provide great music!
Formed in early 2010, we’ve played multiple shows at The Score’s Sunset Bar, the New Holland Brewing Company, One Trick Pony, the Metro Cruise Warmup, Fourth Of July at Collins Park in EGR, Fenn Valley Wine Fests, Siciliano’s Homebrew Festival, and summer concert series events for the cities of Middleville, Greenville, Montague, Fremont, and Caledonia.
